**TES **MISSIONS**:
Tu t'assures de la présentation et de l'agencement de l'ensemble du magasin : mise en avant des produits, respect des standards VM, implantation des nouveautés, réassort des produits, vérification des prix, mise en scène des mannequins et présentoirs, mise en place des vitrines.

Ton objectif principal ? Offrir à la clientèle un magasin attractif et surtout IM-PE-CCA-BLE

Pour t'aider dans cette quête de la perfection, tu auras plusieurs alliés à tes côtés:

- Le « VM Pack » : sa lecture hebdomadaire t'indiquera les mesures VM à mettre en place sur ton magasin.
- Les indicateurs de performance : leur analyse te permettra de connaître les top produits VS les produits en difficulté et d'adopter les mesures VM adéquates.
- Les vendeurs : À toi de leur enseigner les règles incontournables de tout bon VM pour qu'ils les appliquent en magasin. Tu peux même identifier des pépites et les former pour en faire de jeunes VM en devenir.
- Les managers et l'équipe VM : Vous travaillez main dans la main en fixant des objectifs et en préparant les visites de la direction en magasin.

**TON **PROFIL**:
Passionné par ton métier, tu adores transmettre ton savoir-faire aux équipes du magasin, toujours avec pédagogie et bienveillance.

Observateur, un brin maniaque, aucun détail ne t'échappe et tu réponds toujours présent pour proposer de nouvelles mesures.

Sneaker addict ? Fan du sportswear ? Véritable fashionista ? Ton goût prononcé pour la mode est un véritable atout
