En tant que Project Manager, vous serez au cœur de l’organisation et serez responsable de la gestion, du pilotage et du suivi des projets internes et externes. Votre rôle impliquera également une forte composante budgétaire/financière, ainsi que la supervision des roadmaps techniques et des KPI internes.

En plus de vos responsabilités opérationnelles, vous serez également impliqué(e) dans la gestion comptable et des ressources humaines (recrutement et onboarding). Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec notre assistante administrative pour assurer le bon fonctionnement de l'entreprise.
- Vous jouerez enfin un rôle clé dans le succès de notre relation client. Vous participerez à la mise en place des processus de suivi et de gestion des demandes, garantissant ainsi une satisfaction client optimale.

Profil recherché

Vous avez au minimum 2 ans d’expérience en gestion de projet au sein d’une Startup et une forte appétence pour le digital. Vous maîtrisez les outils digitaux et les réseaux sociaux et êtes familier(ère) des outils tels que Workspace, Slack, Notion, Webflow et Jira.

Force de proposition, vous êtes capable de détecter les points faibles de l'organisation et de proposer des solutions efficaces. La prise d'initiative est une seconde nature pour vous, et vous avez un esprit "Just Do It / Get the things done". Vous êtes rigoureux(se) et organisé(e), ce qui vous permet de gérer et de prioriser efficacement les projets. Vous avez de bonnes compétences analytiques et êtes à l’aise avec les chiffres.

Curieux(se), adaptable, toujours en quête de solutions et avec une aisance relationnelle, vous êtes en capacité de manager une équipe.

Vous maitrisez l’anglais (lu, écrit, parlé).

Le poste est en full remote avec 1 déplacement/mois à Lyon ou Grenoble.

Rémunération fixe + Indemnisation transport, tickets restaurants Swile, Mutuelle ALAN.
