- To identify and correct potential hazards to meet safety regulations.
- Investigates with plant accidents (LTA, WLTA, First aids), near-miss incidents, and occupational injuries to determine causes, install preventive measures, and manage return-to-work activities
- Supervises employee safety programs to determine their adequacy including review of short and long term changes.
- Define worker EHS training program in adequations with New Energies activities respecting safety laws and regulations such as hazardous condition, use of safety equipment, specific activities training program as maintenance team.
- Create rules in H² Management
- Define with industrial department the rules and standard equipment to store, to fill and used H² gas
- Create data base on the local regulation per country on H² and High pressure items.
- Defines best practices and leads continuous improvement initiatives to reduce work process risks, to raise safety awareness and to improve safe work practices
- Maintain Kpi and the reporting to the group
- Assists the site to attain and maintain all applicable certifications and Kpi
- Maintain EHS network communication
- Promote and support Act for All activities with all the division sites**KPI**
