Description du poste

Nous sommes à la recherche d'**un(e) Industrialization Project Manager-Lead** pour contribuer au développement de notre activité.

Dans ce rôle stratégique, vos missions seront variées et cruciales pour le succès de nos projets. Voici un aperçu de ce qui vous attend:
**Responsabilités**:

- ** Planification complète**: Élaborer les conceptions, contrôles, et spécifications du projet, ainsi que les calendriers, estimations de coûts, production, transport, installation, essais et/ou mise en service des nouvelles infrastructures, installations et équipements.
- ** Gestion de l'avancement**: Contrôler rigoureusement l'avancement du projet et ses performances par rapport au plan établi. Prendre des mesures proactives pour résoudre les problèmes opérationnels et minimiser les retards.
- ** Allocation de ressources**: Identifier, développer et rassembler les ressources nécessaires pour assurer le succès du projet. Cela peut inclure l'établissement de normes d'ingénierie, de conceptions et de spécifications de travail, l'élaboration de calendriers, de budgets et de prévisions de projet, ainsi que la sélection de matériaux, d'équipements, de personnel de projet et de sous-traitants externes.
- ** Gestion de projets complexes**: Superviser des projets d'une grande complexité, notamment des livraisons de grande envergure ayant un impact significatif sur l'entreprise.

**Qualifications**:
Diplômé(e) d**’une école d’ingénieurs ou de management,** vous disposez d'**au moins 5 années d'expérience**, idéalement dans le secteur de l'industrie automobile, en tant que professionnel(le) de la gestion de projets.

Vos compétences et expériences comprennent:

- ** Expertise en gestion de projets**: Vous êtes un spécialiste reconnu de la gestion de projets d'industrialisation, avec une expérience significative dans le secteur.
- ** Certification en gestion de projet**: La détention d'une certification en gestion de projet constituerait un atout supplémentaire, attestant de votre engagement envers les meilleures pratiques et normes de l'industrie.
