**Job description**:
MyScript technology aims at unleashing the users’ writing as a fully exploited asset, and to make their handwritten note-taking experience enjoyable, efficient and productive.

MyScript's technology is available to end users on App stores. Software publishers can integrate the technology into their own solutions using our Software Development Kit (SDK). Our products are also pre-installed on the equipment of our partners and OEM customers.

In this context, our Sales department - an international team of 5 people - uses its commercial and technical skills to develop our business, advise customers on our technical solutions and achieve our sales targets.

**Your mission**

**Commercial**: you have a talent for interpersonal communication and sales. You enjoy challenges and breaking new ground.

**Customer relations**: you maintain a high-quality dialogue with prospects and customers, ensuring a balanced business relationship.

**Project follow-up**: in the long term, you will ensure commercial follow-up and guarantee the smooth running of operations, in partnership with Professional services, legal, sales administration and finance teams.

**Your main achievements**

During your onboarding, you will receive technical training on MyScript's technology and products, as well as our sales policy. This will enable you to be operational on the following missions:

- Managing incoming leads

You will be responsible for the first contact with prospects to understand their needs and pre-qualify them. After favorable analysis, you will demonstrate the value of our technology and carry on with qualification.
- Identify potential markets and prospects
- Identify the action plan to be implemented to increase the flow of incoming opportunities.

You identify the actions to be taken through our corporate website, our developer portal, and the various relevant sales channels (LinkedIn, etc.). You define the metrics to be implemented to measure the impact of these various actions.
- Documentation of prospect information in our sales CRM (Salesforce)
- Eventually, move into sales and take part in the sales process

You identify needs during the opportunity discovery phase and conduct presentation and demo meetings with the customer.

You submit sales proposals and set up the contractual basis in consultation with the legal and sales administration departments.

Finally, you update the CRM - Sales Force - and monitor the commercial relationship.

You report to the CSO, Chief Sales officer.

The ideal profile is:
A technical background in the information/software industry.

A successful first experience in international business development, sales or product marketing, preferably in the software or high-tech industry.

Good interpersonal communication and customer service skills.

Ability to explain complex technology and to use simple/clear messages and demos to convince.

Know how to gather information in the field and process it into value-added proposals/projects.

Be autonomous, rigorous, dynamic, committed and enjoy working in a team.

Fluent English essential (written and spoken).
