As part of the Regional Sourcing Leadership team, this
**Regional Sourcing Manager, External Supply Chain** is responsible for establishing sourcing strategies and leading regional sourcing events for the ESC category in partnership with global and regional sourcing and regional Supply Chain functional leads (Manufacturing, Operations, Engineering etc). He/She has People Leadership - Talent and Team development responsibility with 1 direct report. He/she plays a key role in developing the regional category strategies that he/she is accountable for, ensuring category compliance, and delivering performance metrics for their categories including fulfilment of HMM.

This role is responsible for identifying and supporting the qualification of new co-packers, negotiating the terms of the Supply Agreement / Service Agreement, monitoring capacity with the co-packers to ensure product availability, communicating in an effective and timely manner, managing the price revision process, and leading HMM, continuous improvement and innovation initiatives. He/She will manage the relationships with co-packers has a unique opportunity to support growth in a key global platform.

**Your missions**:

- Ensure strong input into new co-packer selection process and transition plans
- Lead cross-functional teams to search for, visit and qualify new co-manufacturing partners
- Be the day-to-day liaison with co-packers for every business topics
- Ensure that sales needs are met by securing the right capacity with the co-packers
- Understand and remain updated on co-packer’s manufacturing processes and capabilities, limitations and process flows
- Establish performance metrics and oversee periodic review processes
- Assist in resolving disputes, damage or other product claims
- Own delivery of annual financial plan, budget, forecast, cost savings and value creation target for the Category.
- Collaborate with Category Leads and other Sourcing Managers to develop forward looking sourcing strategies in alignment with category strategies
- Lead sourcing events along with a team that consists of business partners, Category Leads, Buyers and Sourcing Analysts
- Work cross functionally with global and regional counterparts
- Own the supplier relationship to build long term business partnership and support continuous improvement with supplier by leveraging continuous improvement tools and processes.
- Develop in-depth market and industry analysis skills. Responsible for developing category strategy, leading implementation, and managing GMI risk.
- Manage all aspects of the strategic sourcing process. Own all aspects of supplier relationship and supplier development from industry analysis, Rfx creation, negotiations, contracting, implementation and on-going supplier management
- Cultivate and maintain effective working relationships with internal stakeholders. Build and exhibit cross-functional influence skills across virtual and in-person teams across regions and cultures.
- Understand key cost drivers of the global category including manufacturing, and underlying market dynamics. Use understanding to develop negotiation and cost management strategy.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of One Global Sourcing business processes and systems and take the initiative to teach skills to others. Play an active role in process and systems improvement within Sourcing
- Comply with corporate and regulatory policies and accounting practices. Master governance and control procedures to protect company assets including ensuring adherence to the Global category governance structure for all Sourcing projects.
- Develop and execute strategies, plans, capabilities and process improvements to drive business results and competitive advantage in the areas of holistic margin management, sustainability, supply and reputational risk management
- Ensures supply and budget and is appropriately managed, the sourcing process is followed, and standards are maintained

**_YOUR ASSETS TO SUCCEED :_**
- Bachelor’s degree. Preferred: Supply Chain Management, Economics, Finance, Business or related fields
- 7 years+ years of Sourcing experience. Manufacturing experience strongly preferred.
