**ROLE PURPOSE**
- As Global Topside Structural Lead, you manage the Assets Integrity Topside structural discipline (i.e. direct and matrix) reports, planning and budget. You contribute to the Strategy and Governance of structural integrity and dropped objects prevention considering best practices, regulatory requirements and engineering design. You ensure adherence through regular audits and contribute to Continuous Improvement of processes and systems.**ROLE CONTRIBUTION**
- You provide technical expertise to solve challenging technical issues locally and fleet wide.
- You ensure the integrity and safety of topside structures and ensure compliance by following up on Class issues, local & Flag regulations.
- You lead, motivate and support your direct and matrix reports to achieve the discipline goals.
- You review and approve reports and specifications for inspection and repairs and monitor and report the working progress of the inspection campaigns.
- You review and approve the inspection plans.
- You assist on budget preparation for the inspections campaigns and follow up during the year to support its achievement.
- You develop and maintain the Global Enterprise Management Systems (GEMS) procedures, processes.
- You support identifying and qualifying regional vendors and sub-contractors
- You represent Operations in strategical and tactical meetings.
- You audit the Regions according to the Audit Plan.
- You plan and budget 3 Years Plan activities related to your discipline
- You take care of training your resources
- You drive hiring/firing of your direct resources, and you are consulted for the matrix resources

**Job requirements**
- Education:

- M. Sc. in Structural Engineering or Civil Engineering- Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in offshore structural engineering
- Experience in steel structure
