**Responsibilities**:
- Coordinates and leads project management activities across various teams
- Understands and applies risk mitigation
- Partners with the Client Services leads to understand and support the client business
- Leads up to €1 million in revenue and manages multiple projects in parallel
- Manages scope, risk, schedule, budget, quality, and communication
- Manages relationships with internal and external stakeholders
- Coaches project coordinators
**Preferred Qualifications**:
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Business and financial acumen
- Exceptional interpersonal and collaboration skills
- Strong client service mindset, in both delivery and solutions
- Strong negotiation skills
- Proficient with project management tools and technologies, such as Microsoft Projects, Smartsheets, TFS, Jira, financial processing / tools
- Proficient in change management strategies and systems’ implementations
- Agency experience and pharma experience are major bonus points
- Experience in digital, CRM, software development, digital/interactive and/or new media projects
- Understanding of both waterfall + agile methodologies
- Post secondary Education 1+ years of project management experience
- Certifications considered but not mandatory
- Comfort with and enthusiasm for integrating AI into your work
