**#Department**
We are looking for a/an Financial Controller to join our Profitability team. As the guarantor of the company's economic model, the team is committed to providing detailed figures to support the decisions of top management. In this respect, it has 4 main responsibilities:
- Pricing of new products and guaranteeing the profitability of the company's business model: determination of economic standards for each product and involvement in price negotiations with key accounts.
- Controlling the Product Business Unit: as a partner of the operational entity in charge of products, the team ensures management control.
- Profitability reporting: reporting to top management on product profitability and rationalisation/explanation of key events.
- Supporting top management in the numerical approach to major projects.

**Responsibilities**
- You will work with the operational staff to quantify the company's major projects with a financial view.
- You will present the results to the project stakeholders.
- You will participate in the dissemination of a financial culture within the company (explanation of the financial concepts used to the operational teams, dissemination of good modeling practices to the teams)
- As an ambassador for the team, you are the point of contact for the operational teams, and you support junior employees in strengthening their skills and professional development.

**#Profile**
**Skills**:
- You have at least 7 years of experience as a financial controller/auditor with experience in an audit firm and in a company.
- You are comfortable with technology and ideally have a good knowledge of the cloud.
- You have a strong knowledge of the organisation and its environment: cultivating expertise in relation to the organisation's environment, industry practices, and specific organisational elements.
- You have knowledge of corporate finance.
- You are fluent in French (native language or C2) and have a very good command of English (minimum level C1).
- You have strong accounting skills.
- You have a perfect command of Excel (modelling...) and the Pack Office.
