**Group Leader, Marketing and Digital Go to Market **- France & Benelux**

We are excited to offer this varied regional lead role, which will take full ownership of the Market P&L for France & Benelux. This leadership role, will be a key part of the company’s growth strategy, driving our Digital Portfolio Customer and revenue growth whilst importantly providing room for personal development and career growth. It is your chance to “make a mark” and drive continuous improvement and inspire a regional team.

**Role Responsibilities**
- Responsible for market portfolio performance.
- Design and Drive GTM strategy across portfolios and brands in the region and manage its execution across France/Benelux.
- Responsible for Revenue, customer acquisition, Customer retention/frequency, Omnichannel adoption, Profit/CLV returns.
- Responsible for the development of a cohesive GTM strategy - product positioning, launch plans, pricing, targets and KPIs with stakeholders i.e., Sales & Marketing, Operations.
- Lead and manage a team with ongoing assessment to align with strategic goals, including coaching and mentoring on digital strategies and media efficiencies and effectiveness.

**Role Requirements**
- Proven experience of driving Market P & L for Digital Portfolio’s (preferably marketing, customer experience) within multinational/SME companies
- Demonstrable experience designing, shaping and executing, data lead, multi-channel, Digital Portfolios Strategies in a regional role in a clear, structured manner which drives significant customer growth.
- Demonstrable & a proven track record of driving innovative & change in an ever-evolving start environment.
- Demonstrable experience of spotting risks to new product lines or sales channels and develop relevant responding plans.
- Go-To-Market product launch experience.
- Ideally significant experience working at a senior level in both multi-national and SME Companies.
- Demonstrable record of developing digital/go-to-market teams.
- P&L management and ownership experience
- Strong Digital analytics skills (pricing/competitor analysis)
- Proven leadership experience
