**PURPOSE OF THE JOB**

Lead the Ingenico Security function and ensure that it is an effective function, which is aligned with the wider Ingenico organisation and strategy, and is appropriately resourced with a qualified, experienced, motivated and collaborative team of experts supporting the broader Ingenico teams globally

**RESPONSABILITIES & MAIN ACTIVITIES**
- Build the Ingenico Security function with a team of appropriately qualified, experienced, motivated and service-focused Security experts, who will work with and support the broader Ingenico teams in order to achieve the Ingenico security goals and assist drive the Ingenico business forward responsibly
- Be accountable for the setting of the strategic direction and objectives of the Ingenico Security function in alignment with the broader Ingenico strategic vision, needs and objectives
- Be accountable for the formulation, maintenance, continuous improvement and effective execution of all Security policies (cyber and physical), processes and tools within Ingenico
- Be accountable for ensuring that Security policies, processes and tools are effectively implemented throughout Ingenico and conducting periodic security reviews, as well as performing and procuring that monitoring and testing activities are carried out, including external assessments and penetration tests
- Be responsible for ensuring that security certifications (e.g. ISO27001, PCI DSS, P2PE, PIN) are maintained by Ingenico
- Be accountable for the formulation and maintenance of supplier security assessment policies and processes
- Play an active lead in business continuity, business impact assessments, data recovery and crisis management practices
- Be accountable for ensuring that Security action plans are followed-up in coordination with identified action owners
- Be responsible for developing and maintaining a security dashboard that demonstrates Ingenico’s Security state, clearly setting out the current, and changes to, the security compliance posture
- Be responsible for developing and maintaining security training and awareness programs in coordination with Ingenico’s Learning and Development team and Ingenico’s Risk and Compliance team (including content management and results analyses)
- Support the Security related aspects of audits, certifications and questionnaires
- Manage the Ingenico Security team in order to achieve short-, medium-, and long-term plans and objectives by prioritising activities, allocating resources and ensuring skills
- Ensure that the Security function is innovative, technology-aware and continuously evolving in-step with the innovative and technology-focused areas in the broader Ingenico business

COMPETENCIES_**

You are an expert in security and have at least 10 years’ experience in a similar security role in a global organisation with relevant experience, with at least 3 years’ experience in a leadership role at senior management level. You also have strong payments and/or technology sector experience.
- Highly knowledgeable in payment business related security, with particular familiarly of PCI standards
- Able to manage stakeholder expectations effectively all levels of business
- Able to lead a strong team of experts and to mentor, teach and train
- Strong and credible authority in information security practices and in all cyber and physical security domains
- Demonstrable experience of delivering a high standard of continuous improvement activities in cyber and physical security domains
- Demonstrable experience of effective and efficient security risk, control and compliance management, monitoring and reporting
- Demonstrable experience of business continuity practices, including business impact assessment, data recovery and crisis management
- Fluent in English (written and spoken)
- Fluent written and spoken French and other languages is highly recommended
