EULISA is the European Union Agency for the Operational Management of Large-Scale IT Systems in the Area of Freedom, Security and Justice. It is an agency of the European Union (EU) that was established in 2012.

The main role of EULISA is to provide operational support to large-scale IT systems used in the areas of freedom, security, and justice within the EU. These systems include the Schengen Information System (SIS II), the Visa Information System (VIS), the Eurodac system for fingerprint comparison, and the European Criminal Records Information System (ECRIS).

EULISA works closely with EU member states and other relevant EU agencies to ensure the effective and efficient functioning of these IT systems. Its responsibilities include the development, maintenance, and technical management of the systems, as well as the provision of user support, training, and coordination with national authorities.

The agency plays a vital role in enhancing security, border management, and law enforcement cooperation within the EU by facilitating the exchange of information and ensuring the proper functioning of these IT systems.

**Duties and Responsibilities**
- Develop test strategies
- Develop test processes, procedures and documentation
- Develop test acceptance criteria
- Perform testing activities on technical products,
- Report problems or failures leading to suggestions to improve or perfect the technical products
- Use/develop test tools and performs test automation activities
- Interact with project teams and other stakeholders in the framework of the tests organization and activities.
- Contribute to the test processes, procedures and documentation
- Execute and manage testing activities on complex systems
- Report problems or failures leading to suggestions to improve or perfect the technical products

**Essential Skills and Experience**
- Minimum 6 years of relevant IT experience and minimum 5 years of testing experience
- International Software Testing Qualifications Board (ISTQB) Foundations Level certificate
- ITIL/ITIL V3 foundations certification
- Database skills, mainly in Oracle and SQL Server
- Experience with WebLogic

**Education**
- Minimum 3 years of relevant education (bachelor or equivalent) after the secondary school

**Working Location**
- eu-LISA Strasbourg

**Working Policy**
- Onsite

**Security Clearance**
- Preferably in possession of National or EU security clearance but this can be obtained if selected for the project.
