The opportunity
At Virtuo, Corporate and Social Responsibility truly matters. As part of our mission, we want to remove the burden of car ownership on cities and the planet. That’s why we’ve engaged on key initiatives like:

- Compensating all of our rental’s carbon footprint
- Committing to a net zero roadmap through ACT Step by Step program, a methodology designed by ADEME
- Starting to engage into BCorp certification

To drive all those efforts, we are looking for an apprentice passionate about CSR and project management.

\uD83C\uDFAF **Your missions**:
As CSR Apprentice for Virtuo, you will lead our efforts towards net zero and to a better Virtuo on all CSR dimensions. You will work with all teams at Virtuo, in cross-functional dynamics - Operations, People team, Marketing, Tech etc. - and in close collaboration with our cofounders. For historical reasons, this role reports into the Head of Product Marketing, who’s a passionate CSR advocate.

Support our CSR strategy*
- Help our leadership team define our CSR vision, strategy and roadmap - pace to BCorp and other opportunities.
- Advise on our education strategy towards our customers

Drive our CSR roadmap*
- Execute on our compensation approach
- Build our Carbon Footprint Assessment together with our partner
- Ensure progress of ACT Step by Step
- Drive our BCorp roadmap - set the pace, coordinate and drive our cross functional team, identify further improvement opportunities

Evangelize and advocate*
- Keep yourself and Virtuo on top of CSR regulations, trends and developments; build your network of CSR managers in the industry.
- Evangelize and educate internally
- Train the teams, and ensure the teams are trained on our CSR vision, challenges and efforts
