**#DOORS MBSE M&T Engineer (f/m)**:
You will join the Engineering Operations Enablers department being part of the Process, Methods & Tools for Engineering team).

The mission of the department is to deliver enablers to boost the efficiency in Engineering while providing added value to our customers, in terms of Strategy, Transformation, Processes, Methods and Tools, and Ways of Working.

The Engineering Operations Enablers department provides an End-To-End vision and transversal project management of needed enablers while fostering local initiatives within Engineering departments.

We collaborate with and work closely with Information Management, Central Transformation and Digital Transformation Office organizations to lead business transformation within Airbus Helicopters Engineering.

**Tasks and responsibilities**:
MBSE squad delivers all necessary digital products, systems or services needed by all Engineering lead functions to achieve its operational objectives in front of all Helicopters (H/C) programs around Model Based System Engineering areas

As M&T Engineer, you will contribute to all necessary tasks required to secure the availability of the digital solution for MBSE definition by:

- maintaining and propose solution to fit to business needs
- supporting the design electrical tool for harnesses for all H/C programs
- supporting necessary upgrades of the methods and associated tools
- defining the future toolset proposed by Airbus (in the frame of DDMS - Digital Design, Manufacturing and Services)
- Interfacing tools with design office, production and support

This new position will lead to activities linked to the team roadmap participating to the strategic project:

- make the link to increment the roadmap between the team and users
- replace obsolete tool obsolescence
- reinforce harmonization of processes and tools
- make the link to increment the roadmap between the team and users
- prepare the future of electrical tool, process and methods (DDMS)
- participate to continuous improvement

The other part of the activity is focusing on support activities:

- implement support activities culture with internal customers
- manage support activities with subcontractors
- write, harmonize and deploy methods

**Skills and qualifications**:

- 2 years experience
- Degree in Mechanical or Engineering
- Strong Team player with excellent communication skills (strong coordination and relational
- Skills to deal with many different parties)
- Fluent in English - German would be a plus.
- Basics Experience with MBSE process
- Basics knowledge on MBSE tool
