About the role:
As a Manager, you will be part of our key leadership within the firm, and will be responsible for the day-to-day management and growth of the firm's practice areas. You will work closely with Senior Managers and the Practice Leader to develop and implement Private Client strategies to drive the firm's success.
The Private Client Manager will be specialist in a broad range of French immigration matters with a specific focus on French Citizenship and naturalization matters, Investor and Entrepreneur visas, Independent workers permits, Corporate officer visas, Artists and sports persons visas and Student visas.
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Manage private client cases and day-to-day client relationships for private client- Grow and lead an engaged and motivated team- Actively promote an efficient and effective work culture and delegates work to team members commensurate with their role- Assist in leading efforts to improve the team working within the Private client practice- Take on a leadership role on projects or training designed to assist the team or the wider Firm- Act as advisor on complex immigration matters for the France team, as mentor and coach, to ensure teams also develop these skills- Ensure smooth collaboration between the different corporate functions or other relevant stakeholders including other private client teams across the globe- Drive business development: demonstrate strategic thinking and develop 'outside the box' solutions for Private clients- Identify and pursue new client opportunities. Participate in business development activities and in networking events- Scope and price of service models; identify and when appropriate implement new service models
Your professional experience:
- Expertise in a broad range of French immigration matters with a specific focus on citizenship matters, Investor and Entrepreneur visas, Independent workers permits, Corporate officer visas, Artists and sports persons visas and Student visas- Ideally qualified as a Lawyer- Proven experience in motivating, leading and coaching teams and colleagues while working as an enthusiastic member of the team- Demonstrable experience to work successfully across multiple cultural contexts and to connect with people from other cultures on an intellectual as well as emotional level.- Excellent communication in both English and French
