Sorare is looking for an IT Administrator that will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation of our technology infrastructure. You’ll be responsible for managing various aspects of our IT systems, supporting our employees, and maintaining a secure and efficient environment. This position is ideal for someone who enjoys working with both software and hardware, has excellent problem-solving skills, and can communicate effectively with colleagues across different offices.
**As an IT Administrator at Sorare, you will**:
- ** SaaS Administration**:
- Provision and deprovision user accounts, troubleshoot access issues, and ensure proper permissions.
- Collaborate with teams to optimize SaaS usage and implement best practices.
- ** IT Equipment Management**:
- Oversee the procurement, deployment, and maintenance of IT hardware (laptops, mobile devices, meeting room equipment, etc.).
- Monitor inventory levels, track assets, and ensure timely replacements or upgrades with MDM (**Jamf**)
- ** Network Management**:
- Maintain and enhance our office network infrastructure.
- Troubleshoot connectivity issues, optimize network performance, and ensure security protocols are followed.
- ** Security and Compliance**:
- Collaborate with other security stakeholders to enforce IT security policies and practices.
- Conduct security audits, training, vulnerability assessments, and risk assessments.
- Work alongside our SOC to ensure endpoint security.
- ** Contract Management**:
- Assist in managing vendor contracts related to IT services, software licenses, and hardware purchases.
- Contribute to contract terms review, negotiate pricing alongside procurement, and maintain accurate records.
- Work closely with legal and procurement teams to ensure compliance.
- ** User Support**:
- Provide timely technical support to employees across both Paris and New York offices.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, resolve user queries, and escalate complex problems when necessary.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
- Proven experience as an IT Administrator or similar role.
- Knowledge of network protocols, security practices, and hardware components.
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a global team.
- You are a team player who collaborates with empathy and respect
- You have an entrepreneurial spirit, demonstrating a proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
The position is located in Paris, France (with occasional travel to New York)
