En tant que Bid Manager, vous dirigerez la livraison des offres de signalisation pour les marchés France et Export.
Vos principales responsabilités seront les suivantes:
Diriger et développer, en très étroite collaboration avec le Tender Leader et le Customer Director, la stratégie gagnante & la feuille de route gagnante.
Coordonner toutes les équipes contribuant à la préparation de l'appel d'offres (ingénierie, juridique, finance, opérations, etc.) afin de construire une proposition gagnante, des engagements techniques et de coûts robustes, dans les délais et dans le budget de l'appel d'offres défini.
Mettre en œuvre les processus de préparation des offres d'Alstom depuis le lancement de l'appel d'offres jusqu'à la validation interne des offres et la soumission officielle.
Mettre à jour régulièrement et efficacement les parties prenantes internes, y compris le top management pour les offres critiques, ou les partenaires.
Participer aux négociations et à la signature des contrats.
Contribuer au retour d'expérience (REX) à travers l'analyse des gains et des pertes.
Préparer le projet et soutenir le chef de projet lors de la première revue de projet.
**Votre profil**:
- Niveau ingénieur ou Master (ou équivalent) en vente, administration des affaires ou une discipline connexe.
- Vous êtes prêt à évoluer dans un environnement technologique et vous êtes intéressé par l'ingénierie des systèmes.
- Vous avez au moins 5 ans d'expérience réussie dans la gestion de projets ou d'offres.
- Vous aimez travailler sur des projets à court terme avec des délais serrés et nécessitant la coordination de multiples contributeurs.
- Vous avez démontré des compétences de gestion transversale dans un environnement technique ainsi qu'une forte capacité d'interface avec les Solution leaders, les ventes, les équipes d'ingénierie et les clients.
- Vous êtes prêt à prendre des décisions basées sur l'identification des facteurs de coût et d'optimisation et vous êtes prêt à rendre compte des progrès réalisés à la direction (niveau C).
- Vous considérez les processus de qualité comme un levier.
- Vous êtes orienté client, équipe et résultats.
- L'anglais est indispensable.
Dans le cadre de cette mission, vous développerez une connaissance approfondie des solutions et processus Alstom ainsi que des capacités avancées pour coordonner un grand nombre de contributeurs de tous les métiers. Cette mission ouvre de nombreuses et diverses perspectives d'évolution telles que des rôles de gestion d'opérations / projets ou des rôles commerciaux en France ou à l'international.
