**Nos projets ? **Le déploiement de nouvelles fonctionnalités sur notre solution Salesforce multi-clouds notamment pour accompagner la digitalisation de bioMérieux. **Quelles sont vos responsabilités au sein de bioMérieux ?** **Supporter et accompagner le métier **dans la définition des besoins**Orienter et conseiller **les référents métier vers les solutions Salesforce adaptées à leur besoin**Mettre en œuvre **la solution cible, à l’aide de la préparation/animation de différents ateliers de conception**Promouvoir **l’utilisation de processus métier globaux et contribuer au partage des bonnes pratiques, s’assurer que la solution s’intègre dans la stratégie IS définie**Challenger **et valider les propositions de solution Salesforce avec les acteurs techniques, documenter les solutions et les analyses d’impact sur ces solutions**Identifier **les risques potentiels et les points de blocage de façon proactive**Définir **le périmètre des tests à réaliser incluant les tests de non régression, partager les informations nécessaires à la formation des utilisateurs**Assurer le support **aux utilisateurs suite au lancement de nouvelles solutions Salesforce
Profil recherché
**Qui êtes vous ?**
- Titulaire d'un BAC +5 Ingénierie généraliste ou dans le domaine des SI
- Vous avez l’expérience pour qualifier les besoins « métier » liés aux fonctions Sales
- Vous disposez de connaissances "Administrateur" sur la plateforme Salesforce (la certification ADX201 est un atout)
- Vous avez capitalisé d'une expérience de plusieurs années sur le module "Sales Cloud"
- Vous présentez une capacité à communiquer à tous niveaux, régulièrement en langue anglaise (écrit et oral)
- Votre sens de l’analyse, votre capacité de synthèse et à challenger « les clients internes » sont des atouts clefs
- Votre expérience projet alliant l’international et le multiculturalisme est un atout
- Vous êtes reconnu comme une personne agile, engagée, facilitatrice, orientée détail, pourvue d' un réel sens du service
