Une belle opportunité se présente alors en tant que Technicien Pilote Robot et Approvisionneur au sein du centre de création de parfum d’IFF à Neuilly.
Vous intégrez l’équipe Opérations, plus spécifiquement une équipe plurielle couvrant les activités de préparation de matières premières, de gestion du robot de production de concentrés d’huiles de parfum et d’un laboratoire de pesées de formules. Vous rapportez au manager de cette équipe.
En équipe duo, vous œuvrez à piloter le robot (alimentation et maintenance) et êtes le gestionnaire de stock pour les matières premières sur le centre de création.

**Job Requirements**:

- Missions du poste
- Pilotage du robot- Assure le lancement des formules sur le robot de production
- Gère l’alimentation de l’équipement en matières premières
- Pilote les anomalies remontées par le robot
- Gère le nettoyage et la maintenance de l’outil
- Analyse les données de production et établit des statistiques caractérisant l’activité
- Contribue à l’amélioration des process
- Investigue les non-conformités et propose des actions correctives et préventives

Gestionnaire de stock- Analyse les besoins en matières premières et anticipe les réapprovisionnements
- Commande à nos fournisseurs étrangers et français et suit les demandes
- Vérifie la conformité des réceptions, assure la traçabilité et effectue les prélèvements pour le contrôle qualité
- Apporte des solutions rapides et efficaces pour résoudre les différents aléas
- Communique sur les difficultés de stock et délais
- Est garant de la bonne tenue du stock physique et informatique des stocks, et surveille les péremptions
- A cette fin, met en place une gestion en collaboration avec l’activité de conditionnement et en assure le suivi

Gestion des master data SAP- Comprend les formules et ordres de process dans SAP
- Met à jour une partie des master data SAP pour permettre les fabrications sur le site
- Demande et suit les changements de paramétrages autorisant les approvisionnements

Bonnes pratiques et amélioration continue- Participe à des projets et chantiers Lean (Kaizen, 5S, Kanban )
- Œuvre dans le respect des bonnes pratiques HSE et Qualité
- Profil et compétences- Expérience de 2 à 5 ans dans le pilotage d’équipement de production et la gestion de stock
- Connaissance des MP de la parfumerie souhaitée
- Organisation et optimisation du travail
- Anglais technique et courant
- Informatique : maitrise du pack office, bonne maitrise d’excel, et bonne connaissance de SAP requis.
