Join our team at Bloom Buddies Babysitting, a reputable childcare agency in Paris, France. We are currently seeking an experienced English-speaking babysitter to provide exceptional care to children in our community.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage with children in a positive and interactive manner, fostering their intellectual, emotional, and physical development.
- Ensure the safety and well-being of children at all times.
- Create and maintain a structured daily routine, including mealtime, playtime, and naptime.
- Plan and implement age-appropriate activities, including educational and recreational games.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks related to the children's care.
- Communicate effectively with parents, providing updates on their child's progress and any relevant information.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum of one year's experience in childcare.
- Fluent in English, with strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Genuine love and passion for working with children.
- Reliable, responsible, and punctual.
- Must have legal authorization to work in France.
