Technical Specialist 2

MISSION:
Au sein de l’équipe CaaS (Containers as a Service), constituée de 6 à 8 experts techniques des technologies de containers (à ce jour, principalement la distribution Tanzu de Kubernetes, mais aussi Vanilla), chargée de la définition et de la maintenance des standards et outils de l’IT Michelin sur ces technologies, participer sous la direction du Product Owner (PO) et du Team Leader (TL) de l’équipe:

- à l’évolution de l’ensemble des produits préconisés et fournis par l’équipe, en fonction de l’évolution du marché, des technologies émergentes et des besoins des équipes de développement et d’infrastructure (prospective et veille technologique, définition de la stratégie et des roadmaps du domaine technique, études techniques, choix de nouvelles solutions, lignes directrices de gestion de l’obsolescence, mise en œuvre de Proof Of Concept) ;
- à la définition des référentiels de bonnes pratiques, des normes, des procédures et arbres de décision ;
- à la conception et réalisation d’outillages utilisés par les équipes de développement et d’infrastructure ;
- au support au « build » des équipes de développement et d’infrastructure;
- au support de niveau 3 au « run » des plates-formes de containers déployées en production.

REALISATIONS CLES ATTENDUES

1) Expertise technique:

- Installation de clusters Kubernetes.
- Développement d’outils d’administration, de tests, de déploiement automatisé, de monitoring des solutions proposées par l’équipe.
- Par délégation du PO et / ou du TL, écriture de cas d’usage et / ou de cas de test et de validation des produits.
- Participation à des études techniques, soit de nouvelles fonctionnalités des solutions de l’équipe (ex : stockage, authentification, vaulting,), soit de nouvelles solutions à apporter par l’équipe.
- Participation à des « Proof Of Concept » de nouvelles solutions / nouveaux composants étudiés par l’équipe.
- Support aux équipes de développement et d’infrastructure sur Kubernetes et produits associés et support « Level 3 » sur les clusters Kubernetes et produits associés.

2) Méthodes et outils:

- Participation à la définition avec l’équipe du catalogue de services et de la roadmap de la plate-forme, à leur communication et promotion.
- En réflexion continue avec l’équipe sur l’évolution des services, bonnes pratiques, normes, procédures, arbres de décision et outils fournis.
- Participation à l’analyse des risques et des ratios coûts-avantages des solutions étudiées par l’équipe.
- Participation à la rédaction de documents d’architecture, de guides d’utilisation, de référentiels techniques, de bonnes pratiques, de présentations et de formations sur les solutions proposées par l’équipe, et de l'accompagnement que l'équipe peut apporter.
- Participation à des présentations et des formations aux utilisateurs des solutions proposées par l’équipe, sur les spécificités Michelin.
- Respect des bonnes pratiques, outils et standards de l’équipe et des autres équipes IT Michelin:

- des produits stables, performants, évolutifs, faciles à utiliser, sécurisés, faciles à maintenir et à exploiter (prise en compte des exigences non fonctionnelles) ;
- forte utilisation de l’automatisation des tests et du déploiement des solutions.

3) Vie d’équipe:

- Respect des règles et rituels de l’équipe (mode Agile), et participation à la réflexion continue sur son organisation afin d’en améliorer l’efficacité.
- Participation aux estimations de charge des sujets / tâches listés dans la backlog, en les challengeant si nécessaire.
- Participation au choix et à l’affectation des sujets / tâches traités dans les sprints Agile à court terme, dans une perspective de livraison incrémentale de fonctionnalités à rythme régulier, et de mise à niveau régulière des composants et outils (Evergreen).

COMPETENCES:

- Maîtrise des plateformes d'orchestration de conteneurs Kubernetes, notamment VMWare Tanzu & Kubernetes Vanilla
- Expertise dans la mise en place de processus, de méthodes et d'outils.
- Veille technologique.
- Capacité de travail en équipe transverse dans un contexte multiculturel international (les membres de l’équipe pouvant être situés en Europe et / ou Asie et / ou Amérique(s).), avec un bon niveau d’anglais (B2).
- Méthodes Lean et Agile (Scrum, Kanban) serait un plus.
