With more than 80 employees, we are looking for a **Radiofrequency Engineer (F/M)** as part of an apprenticeship.

**Missions**

Supervised by Guillaume COURTIN, Radiofrequency Research Engineer, within the Radiofrequency team composed of 20 people, you will work on the Modular Beamformer Concept.

In this context, your missions will be as follows:

- Use numerical simulation software to design key elements of the Greenerwave’s beamformers (waveguiding system, electronically reconfigurable metasurfaces, cavities).
- Study the effect of the arrangement of beamformers modules on the beamformers properties.
- Together with Algorithmic team, develop new concepts of the modular beamformers.
- Together with mechanical R&D team, design the elements of the beamformer for fabrication (cavity, feeding system etc.).
- Experimental study of the properties of the Greenerwave’s Beamformers.
- Learn deeply how to work with the variable equipment: anechoic chamber, vector network analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal generator etc.
- Present results of the research to other members of Greenerwave technical teams.

**Profile**

You are pursuing a master’s degree or engineering diploma in physics or electrical engineering, with a focus on waves physics. You are seeking a challenging apprenticeship that will allow you to enhance your analytical and numerical modeling skills in waves physics

A first experience in antenna design and measurement would be a plus. Ideally, you have already worked with measurement devices such as Vector Network Analyzer, spectrum analyzer, signal generator etc.

**Professional skills**
- Good knowledge of electromagnetic theory.
- Knowledge of one or more programming languages such as Python or Matlab.
- Electromagnetic simulation software such as CST/HFSS/Comsol.
- Good level of French and English (oral and written).

**Personal skills**
- Good interpersonal skills and ability to work in an international team.
- Scientific curiosity and research-oriented mindset.
- Proactivity.
