We are looking for a Brand Strategist, you will join a growing team composed of hybrid creative profiles, with the mission of strengthening the team’s strategic capabilities and providing a clear and structured vision for 360° brand experience strategy projects.

**\uD83D\uDD0D **Responsibilities:
**_ Strategic Leadership_**
- Lead and challenge the team of creative Strategists
- Ensure the quality of deliverables and recommendations while transferring and formalizing strategic knowledge within the team

**_ Brand Strategy Development_**
- Develop strategic recommendations for 360° brand experience, aligned with brand positioning, brand platforms, and communication strategies
- Structure and formalize strategies through clear and convincing deliverables (presentations, slides)
- Lead the strategic framing of projects and ensure business objectives align with creative recommendations

**_ Market and Consumer Analysis_**
- Conduct market analysis, benchmarks, and competitive studies to identify strategic opportunities
- Understand the challenges of the luxury sector and creative industries, with the ability to anticipate market trends.

**\uD83D\uDD11 **Technical Skills:

- Minimum 10 years of experience in top-tier agencies, with a strong focus on brand strategy and/or creative strategy
- Experience in the luxury sector
- Strong ability to structure, formalize, and present strategic recommendations in a clear and compelling way
- Proficiency in French and English, both written and spoken.
