Directly reporting to the Chief Legal Officer, your main tasks will be the following:
**What you will be doing?**:
- Handle corporate secretary for the French entity and the worldwide subsidiaries and ensure compliance with local corporate law.
- Manage our ESOP plans and associated formalities
- Assist in developing and executing legal strategy regarding group structuration and setting up new entities around the world.
- Support a variety of corporate transactions including funding, M&A, investment, and other strategic operations in a substantive fashion (e.g., structuring corporate documentation, due diligence participation, post-closing formalities).
- Provide corporate advices to the different stakeholders of the company
- Occasionally, support the other members of the legal team on various legal tasks
**Your Profile**:
- French legal education mandatory
- Master 2 in Business law - double major in business school/political science/LLM is a plus
- Admitted to practice law in France (CAPA)
- Minimum of 2 years of experience (post graduation) in corporate law
- Bonus - You are familiar with start up clients
- Excellent communication and drafting skills
- English and French full written and oral proficiency
