**Job description**
- **Position**: Expert Data Access Governance
- **Working Hours**:Full-Time - Monday to Friday, Standard Business Hours
- **Start Date**: As soon as possible
- **Location**: Lyon, France
- **Employment Type**: Fixed Term Contract
- **Preferred Contract**: B2B with Sharp Brains Limited (UK) - you should be eligible to contract/file your taxes yourself. (As Self Employed / Contractor or through an Umbrella company)

**Objective**:
We are seeking an experienced Expert in Data Access Governance (DAG) to develop and propose a DAG solution as part of our Access Management project. This role is critical in enhancing our approach to managing data access and ensuring compliance with regulations.

**Mission Description**:
This position is part of the IS Access Management project, which aims to address regulatory challenges, manage cyber risks, and modernize our tools. The project is divided into three main areas:

- **Lot 2**: Managing access rights to resources, including:

- Identities (employees and service providers)
- Accounts (IS access accounts)
- Applications (referenced in the CMDB)
- Servers with live access
- Mailing lists
- Shared mailboxes
- SharePoint document bases
- **Lot 3**: Managing access rights to office files and shared spaces, focusing on governance of unstructured data.

You will focus on Lot 3, working closely with the business leader and project team.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Formalize Functional Requirements**: Collaborate with the business leader to define the requirements for the DAG solution.
- **Analyze Existing Systems**: Review current systems and processes related to data access.
- **Conduct Interviews**: Interview owners of shared spaces to gather and summarize information.
- **Organize Meetings**: Coordinate with market players to explore potential solutions.
- **Create Selection File**: Develop a comprehensive file to aid in choosing the appropriate DAG solution.
- **Identify Pilot Perimeter**: Determine a pilot area for implementing the DAG solution.
- **Propose Deployment Strategy**: Develop a strategy for deploying the new solution for office rights and shared spaces.
- **Action Plan**: Create an action plan to guide the implementation and deployment.
- **Implement Solution**: Deploy the chosen solution within the pilot perimeter.
- **Formalize Deployment**: Establish and document the terms for full-scale deployment.

- Expert-level knowledge in DAG Solutions
- Expertise in governance of access to unstructured data

- Expert-level proficiency in Choice File Methodology
- Experience in animating workshops
- Confirmed experience in deployment scenarios

- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to synthesize information and provide strategic perspectives
- Rigor and methodical approach
- Excellent writing skills
