**Nous recherchons d’un(e) Alternant(e) en Fleet vehicle & Material Security (H/F) pour rejoindre nos équipes **
Notre activité **Faurecia Clarion Electronics EUROPE** recherche un(e) **Alternant(e) en Fleet vehicle & Material Security (H/F) **pour être basé(e) à Paris (dans le 12ème arrondissement, proche du métro Cour St Emilion, ligne 14).
En effet, la gestion opérationnelle du parc automobile du site de FORVIA Bercy qui intègre l'ensemble des processus, de la commande à la restitution des véhicules, nécessite un support au gestionnaire du parc actuel.
Des particularités sont également présentes et à mettre en place (gestion informatique des mises à disposition et restitutions par armoire à clé connectée, véhicule de partage, conciergerie...).
En complément de ces fonctions, un support est nécessaire pour la mise en place et au maintien de la sécurité matériel du site.
**Vous travaillerez sur des défis qui comptent**
Vos missions:
- Mise en place des processus de sécurisation du matériel et des véhicules ;
- Mise en place des processus de prêts véhicules de partage et de véhicules de tests : État des lieux entrants/sortants, Papiers administratifs, disponibilité, emplacement, réparation, contrôle technique, carte essence.
- Gestion des clés par l’armoire à clé
**Et si c’était vous ?**
Niveau d’études:
- Bac pro MV ou BTS MV
- Bac +2 à Bac +3
**Qualités requises**:
- Autonome, Rigoureux, Ingénieux et disponible
- Connaissance automobile et électricité voiture
- Connaissance des outils bureautique (Word, Excel, Outlook, teams)
