Missions

Rattaché.e au pôle Achats & Supply, en relation avec le pôle Data Science, le projet sera le suivant:

- Dans un environnement complexe et fluctuant, comprendre le fonctionnement des équipes Déploiement & Supply ainsi que le mécanisme des outils utilisés.
- Explorer, sélectionner et uniformiser les données de qualité variable et en provenance de multiples fournisseurs automobiles afin de créer une base de données robustifiée.
- Le stagiaire aura l’opportunité d’élaborer un modèle prédictif en identifiant le potentiel derrière les données disponibles. Ce modèle sera adossé aux outils existants au sein de Watèa afin de mettre sous contrôle les approvisionnements de l’entreprise.
- La solution développée devra être robuste et durable pour permettre aux équipes opérationnelles de gagner en efficacité et fiabilité dans leurs échanges quotidiens avec les fournisseurs ; et par la suite être intégrée dans les processus industrialisés de l’entreprise.

Compétences recherchées

Profil école d’ingénieurs avec:

- Un esprit analytique et force de propositions
- Une capacité à travailler en équipe
- Maîtrise de l’analyse données (Data Mining), des modèles de Machine Learning et de leur évaluation
- Capacité à unifier des modèles de données hétérogènes à partir de connaissance métier
- Une expérience passée avec le langage R, R Shiny ou Power BI serait un plus
- Une appétence pour les problématiques d’approvisionnement et de gestion de flux est souhaitable
- Des capacités de communication et de vulgarisation seront appréciées.
- Langue : Français (C1) et Anglais (B2)
