**Responsibilities**
- Take responsibility for managing the day-to-day operational activity of acquiring new accounts in the field
- Play a lead role, in the execution of developing a Telesales /Sales function
- Generate new business through cold calling and lead generating via relevant databases
- Generate new revenue from existing business
- Achieve weekly and monthly sales targets
- Proactively and professionally respond and manage customer calls/queries.
- Provide timely and accurate new customer information.
- Provide quotations to customers in a timely manner, to a professional standard.
- Actively contribute to a very positive team environment and performance.
- Other duties that may be assigned from time to time.

- Previous experience of the HR market an advantage.
- A good comprehension of the English language
