MISSION

Le e-commerce project manager conçoit, met en œuvre et déploie la stratégie e-commerce NARS, Shiseido et Drunk Elephant (en 2024). Il/elle veillera à ce que toutes les composantes e-commerce (contenu, e-merchandising, media, etc) soient gérées de manière optimale afin de réaliser les objectifs de vente annuels.

RESPONSABILITES
- Développer les ventes en ligne et s'assurer de l’atteinte des objectifs commerciaux.
- Elaborer la stratégie DTC en garantissant des synergies entre les activités digitales de la marque et celles des détaillants
- Initier, développer et exécuter le plan annuel e-commerce (animations, opérations commerciales, activations, etc) des marques concernées
- Optimiser l’expérience utilisateur (outils Beauty Tech) et le parcours client
- Gérer le suivi opérationnel de tous les DTC et assurer une prévision efficace des produits ventes, échantillons et cadeaux contre achat
- Développer la connaissance client grâce aux données consommateurs.
- Fournir et analyser les KPI e-commerce afin d’optimiser les performances
- Manager l'assistant e-merchandiser (stagiaire) au sein de votre équipe.
- Travailler en collaboration avec toutes les parties prenantes locales et régionales afin de s'assurer que les sites e-commerce deviennent les flagships des marques concernées.

PROFIL, COMPÉTENCES ET EXPÉRIENCE REQUIS
- Expérience 5 ans+ de e-commerce manager
- Expérience de la gestion de boutiques en ligne et de forecast
- Capacité à gérer des agences multiples et des budgets
- Capacité à coordonner les différents canaux marketing digitaux afin de générer du trafic qualifié sur les D2C
- Capacité à améliorer les principaux KPI e-commerce (CVR, AOV, etc)
- Capacité à gérer des équipes pluri disciplinaires, locales et régionales.
- Passionné(e) par l'expérience client, la data et le e-commerce
- Sens business aiguisé
- Fort esprit analytique
- Grande capacité d'organisation
- Attitude positive, collaborative et pragmatique
- Excellentes compétences en matière de communication
