**Position**:
L'équipe de gestion des talents du Groupe est une équipe globale au sein de la Direction des Ressources Humaines du Groupe LVMH, couvrant 75 marques, 81 pays et 200 000 talents dans le monde.

Ses principaux défis, à l'échelle internationale sont:

- Aider à la contribution à la stratégie RH à moyen et long terme, construire et déployer des plans et stratégies liées au développement des talents
- Aider à cultiver avec soin, agilité et esprit stratégique le vivier interne de collaborateurs clés en nourrissant leurs carrières
- Contribuer au maintien et développer l'excellence organisationnelle

Dans ce contexte, la refonte et le développement de nos outils de performance et d’évaluation s’accélère et devient de plus en plus stratégique.

Pour accompagner cette transformation, nous créons un poste de Chef de Projet Global Talent Management.

Vos principales missions seront les suivantes:

- **Responsable de projet sur le management de la performance - « Rise »**:

- Vous serez le référent sur le change management ainsi que la communication:

- En charge de créer, délivrer, communiquer et former les RH, Managers et Collaborateurs sur les projets de change management liés à la performance,
- Vous animez tout au long de l’année auprès de la population RH des évènements afin de renforcer, et créer de l’impact en véhiculant les best practices autour de Rise.
- Vous travaillez en tant que support de la communication pour les équipes RH
- Vous serez responsable du plan à mettre en place pour assurer la bonne marche opérationnelle et le succès du projet
- Vous ferez preuve d’excellence opérationnelle la mise en œuvre, le planning de déploiement et la qualité et vous porterez garant de la bonne gestion du budget
- Vous définirez l’agenda et le plan d’action dans ses moindres détails pour chaque étape des projets ainsi que les KPI’s qui en découlent
- Vous serez en charge de gérer les différents interlocuteurs internes et externes au niveau du groupe (SIRH, IT, équipes learning), au niveau des Maisons (personnes responsables du change au sein des équipes RH), et au niveau des prestataires externes. Vous devrez assurer la coordination de tous ces contacts.
- Vous serez également responsable de préparer et faciliter les comités opérationnels
- Vous devrez continuellement gérer, améliorer et simplifier l’expérience RH des collaborateurs et managers
- **Management de projet d’une HR Academy**:

- Vous travaillerez sur le développement d’un parcours learning sur mesure pour la communauté RH
- Vous contribuerez, définirez et construirez le périmètre du projet ainsi que sa mise en œuvre
- Vous travaillerez pour cela en étroite collaboration avec l’ensemble des interlocuteurs internes et externes utiles à ce projet.
- **Market Intelligence - Tendances RH**:

- Vous mènerez une recherche sur les tendances RH, en talent management à un niveau global
- Vous consoliderez, préparerez une synthèse de toutes les études pertinentes et disponibles sur ces sujets
- Vous analyserez l’impact de ces tendances sur l’organisation et le pool de talents internes
- Vous utiliserez différentes techniques et outils de calculs, de visualisation (dashboards, Power BI), d’analyses de données et de statistiques pour les différentes tendances.
- Vous apporterez du contenu à notre Revue Annuelle des Talents avec le rapport de tendances entre autres.

**Profil recherché et expérience requise**

Vous possédez une formation universitaire dans les ressources humaines avec au moins 7 ans d’expérience au sein d’entreprises internationales en tant que RH ou consultant RH avec des compétences en management de projet.

Vous faites preuve de rigueur, avez une bonne capacité de synthèse et de fortes compétences en structuration, vous savez travailler en mode projet des façon transverse dans une organisation complexe. Vous avez su mener avec succès des créations, mise en œuvre et management de projets de façon convaincante.

Vous savez délivrer des projets et travailler de façon autonome avec une approche opérationnelle afin de comprendre les besoins et contraintes du terrain.

Vous savez mobiliser et « onboarder » les équipes sur de nouveaux projets (projets RH transverses, intégrations à venir, change management). Vous possédez des capacités à mettre en œuvre une communication impactante.

Vous possédez de solides connaissances RH ainsi qu’une bonne compréhension des challenges RH.

Votre niveau d’anglais est excellent

Vous possédez un profil multiculturel et collaboratif : capacité à impliquer activement les différents interlocuteurs au sein de projets dans un environnement multiculturel.

Vous possédez une expérience internationale, êtes flexible, aimez travailler en équipe et possédez une expérience précédente au sein d’une organisation internationale et matricielle.
