**Titre: Technicien Monitoring et infrastructure - Datacenter (H/F/X)**
**Votre rôle**
Réaliser les installations matérielles et configurations logicielles des systèmes de mesure et de supervision au sein des espaces clients et techniques des différents bâtiments Digital Realty.
**Vos Missions**
- Études et plans : Soumettre les études et plans conformes aux préconisations techniques au Responsable IT et Systèmes pour tout projet d'installation (comptage, supervision).
- Gestion des matériels : Commander les matériels requis pour les installations conformément à l'étude et à la planification, superviser les livraisons et tenir un inventaire à jour des matériels en stock.
- Installation et encadrement : Réaliser les installations matérielles dans les délais impartis et les critères de qualité attendus, en encadrant les ressources internes ou externes si nécessaire.
- Tests et corrections : Effectuer les phases de test des nouveaux matériels installés et apporter les corrections nécessaires.
- Mise en service et configuration logicielle : Assurer la mise en service du matériel et son intégration sur le réseau informatique Interxion, ainsi que la configuration logicielle requise pour l'exploitation par les employés du service Operations.
- Résolution des problèmes : Prendre part active à la résolution des difficultés et problèmes pouvant survenir au cours des travaux.
**Vos Talents qui feront la différence**
- Une formation BAC+2/3 dans le domaine de l’informatique
- Une expérience de 2 ans à 5 ans minimum sur un poste similaire
- Expertise sur les outils de GMAO et supervisions
- Connaissance de l’administration des environnements Windows clients et serveurs.
- Un niveau d’Anglais B1 minimum
