Plongez au cœur d'une équipe de paie centralisée, où nous contribuons au maintien du SI (SAP HR) et sommes les chefs d'orchestre d'un processus de paie dynamique, assuré par des équipes de gestionnaires de paie réparties dans nos multiples établissements (7 sociétés / 23 établissements / 2 tranches de décompte / 7000 paies)

**Vous serez en charge des missions suivantes**:

- Rédiger et mettre à jour les modes opératoires
- Assurer et piloter les contrôles de paie et les déclarations sociales
- Produire les KPI et reportings mensuels
- Recenser les anomalies et/ou demandes d’évolutions
- Participer au paramétrage et à l’amélioration du système d’information SAP (préconisations, recette,)
- Participer aux projets impactant le SIRH (intégration de filiales, évolutions,)
- Remplacer ponctuellement à distance une gestionnaire de paie en cas d’absence (back-up)
- Animer et former un réseau national de gestionnaires de paie
- Contribuer à l’élaboration des supports de formations
- Participer à des groupes de travail sur des sujets techniques ou complexes

**VOTRE PROFIL**:

- Vous disposez d'une expérience d'au moins 5 ans en gestion

autonome de la paie.
- L’ERP SAP HR n’a pas de secret pour vous et disposez d’une bonne maîtrise d’Excel.
- Votre aisance relationnelle, autonomie, capacité d'adaptation et polyvalence vous confèrent des atouts pour occuper ce poste.
