Elle gère une gamme de fonds pour le compte de tiers. Novaxia Investissement propose quatres fonds de recyclage urbain labellisés ISR._

**En nous rejoignant en tant que Fund Manager au sein de l’équipe Novaxia Investissement, tu pourras**:

- Faire partie intégrante de la stratégie d’investissement et d’évolution de nos fonds ;
- Travailler en transversalité avec différents services sur des thématiques variées (domaine financier, juridique, extra-financier, ISR) ;
- Être en relation avec des investisseurs.

**Tes missions**

En tant que fund manager, tu auras la charge de diriger, de gérer et de développer la gestion de nos véhicules financiers et l'ensemble des tâches afférentes au poste.

Tes missions seront les suivantes:

**Gestion des fonds**:

- Suivre l’emplois ressources des fonds
- Suivre l’allocation stratégique des fonds
- Suivre les ratios réglementaires, et interne de gestion (dispersion)
- Mesurer l’impact des opportunités d’investissements et cession sur le fonds
- Emettre un avis lors du comité d’investissement
- Etudier l’impact financier et extra financier et fiscal de prorogation et liquidation des fonds
- Suivit en lien avec les responsables de programmes et les asset managers les business plans des actifs
- Participation à la gestion administrative et comptable des fonds
- Mettre en place la couverture de change le cas échéant

**Communication**
- Collaboration avec les assets managers et les directeurs d’investissement
- Participer à la communication sur les fonds (Acquisition, cession, création de fonds et liquidation de fonds)
- Assister les commerciaux dans le service après-vente des fonds commercialisés

**Ton équipe et Novaxia Investissement**

Tu rejoindras une équipe passionnée et engagée, composée de deux autres Fund Manager et de Fund Controllers.

Tu seras rattaché(e) au Directeur du Fund Management.

- Poste en CDI à pourvoir dès que possible
- Package de rémunération motivant à déterminer selon le profil : Fixe + variable + intéressement + carte swile

+ 50 % du Pass Navigo
- Poste basé à Paris 15
- 2 jours de télétravail par semaine

**Ton profil ?**

Tu es issu(e) d’une formation supérieure (Ecole de commerce, d’ingénieur ou université) avec idéalement une spécialisation en finance.

Tu as déjà eu une première expérience réussie dans une société de gestion.

Tu as une excellente maîtrise d’Excel, tu as déjà élaboré des modèles financiers et tu connais les méthodologies de valorisation.

Tu es reconnu(e) pour ton sens de l’analyse.

Tu as une aisance relationnelle qui te permet d’interagir facilement avec des interlocuteurs différents et de t’exprimer facilement à l’oral, et à l’écrit.

Fiable et sérieux, tes collègues savent qu’ils peuvent compter sur toi.

Force de proposition, tu t’adaptes et essayes toujours de trouver des solutions.
