**Position Summary**
We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Product Analyst Intern with expertise in analyzing site performance to join our talented team in Paris. In this role, you will play a crucial part in driving data-driven decision-making by conducting in-depth analysis of user behavior, customer feedback, and product performance. Your insights and recommendations will directly impact the development and optimization of the Prose user’s digital experience.
**Key Responsibilities**
- Site Audit: Lead a site analytics audit to identify areas of opportunities for conversion rate optimization and experience enhancement that will help PMs better organize their roadmap and project prioritization.
- Data Analysis: Collaborate with Product Management and Engineering teams to define, implement, and maintain analytical frameworks to measure product metrics, user engagement, and business performance.
- Insights Generation: Analyze user feedback, market trends, and customer experience data to generate actionable insights and recommendations for product improvements and optimizations.
- A/B Testing: Contribute to design, execution, and analysis of A/B tests to measure the impact of product changes on key performance indicators (KPIs) and user behavior.
- Reporting: Develop regular reports and dashboards to monitor product performance and present findings to key stakeholders.
- Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including product managers, engineers, designers, and marketing professionals, to understand business objectives and align analytical efforts with company goals.
- Data Integrity: Ensure the accuracy, reliability, and integrity of data by conducting regular audits, identifying data gaps, and collaborating with the engineering team to implement necessary fixes.
- Past education or experience related to e-commerce, A/B testing, web development, and data analytics
- Ability to collaborate with senior leaders across the organizations including Product Managers, Product Design, UX Research, CX, Technology, Marketing, Operations, and Finance
- Familiarity with data and understanding of diagnosing product health
- Demonstrated experience working across different technology groups from Data Science to Front-end and Backend teams
- Ability to manage tradeoffs and evaluate opportunistic new ideas with team members, while managing overarching priorities
- Superior communication skills, including the ability to crystallize and broadly socialize insights into partners needs that the partners themselves may not be able to articulate
- Experience with creating reports and dashboards coupled with strong analytical and quantitative skills using data and metrics to back up assumptions, recommendations, drive action, and monitor product health
