**Industrial Governance Manager**:
Develop, lead and govern the overall Industrial Operations core processes, connected with all activities impacting product deliveries. Govern the supplier & serial manufacturing sustaining programs (SMCT) to ensure budget, time adherence and supervision of the approved & ongoing work packages.
Additionally, the Industrial Excellence Manager needs to lead the World Class Manufacturing Program to ensure special process development within D&IS is matched to the business need.
The Industrial Excellence Manager will need to work with the product industrialisation managers, central and site finance, solution directors, program managers, development centres, internal & external manufacturing sites and global functions to deliver on the objectives effectively.

**MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Govern the SMCT ensuring appropriate prioritisation and enforcement of agreed strategies;
- Lead the steering committee to determine the SMCT cases requiring funding;
- Supervise work packages to ensure budget / time-plan compliance;
- Ensure that regional operations correspondents monitor production output delays (internal & external), escalate and resolve such; to minimize impact in terms of delay, reputation, cash-in and material qualification.
- Secure that all Operational topics are properly and precisely escalated.
- Monitor and mitigate operational performance throughout the D&IS business units.
- Support the deployment of APSYS throughout Industrial Operations domains.
- Lead the world class manufacturing program.
- Lead all transversal special projects within the industrial business.
- Collaborate with the other DIS Metiér Process Owners and Process Correspondents (Engineering, T&C, Industrial and Supply Chain, Sourcing, Quality, etc ) to ensure a coordinated and transversal Process strategy;

- Ability to create business cases and use scenario analysis for strategic thinking;
- Ability to understand and use data analytics for decisions;
- Experience in project management and handling multiple stakeholders;
- Ability to build a strong network of contacts across the business;
- Strong in building relationships and being a “connector.”;
- Agile communicator with the ability to influence decision makers and build consensus with teams;
- Ability to deploy strategic initiatives through strong governance;
- Strong ability to govern entrusted budget(s).
