Vous intégrez la Direction Financière au sein du département Portfolio Management afin de participer au suivi de l’ensemble des investissements de TIkehau Capital, détenus (i) directement et (ii) indirectement par le biais de ses filiales.
Sous la responsabilité du Portfolio Manager, vous suivez tous les investissements réalisés par Tikehau Capital Advisors, Tikehau Capital et ses filiales (deux cents actifs environ représentant une valorisation globale supérieure à deux milliards d’euros), ces investissements prenant la forme de détentions directs, indirects, dans des co-investissements, dans des fonds externes comme des fonds internes gérés par les Asset Managers (Tikehau IM, Tikehau Capital Europe, etc ) du Groupe sur un périmètre international.
Vos principales missions (la liste ci-dessous n’est pas exhaustive) seront les suivantes:
- Participation aux processus d’investissement et de cession (préparation des KYC, des bulletins de souscription, des documents dédiés à la lutte anti
- blanchiment, des contrats de cession, des handovers, etc ) ;
- Suivi d’investissements historiques et d’investissements cotés/non cotés jugés non stratégiques, réalisés par Tikehau Capital et non pris en charge par l’équipe d’investissement du Groupe, contributions à la préparation des fundsflow (financement des acquisitions, des appels de fonds, etc ) et suivi de leur bonne exécution par la Trésorerie ;
- Prise en charge de toute la documentation reçue concernant chacun de nos investissements (handovers, rapports trimestriels, semestriels, audités, valorisations, reportings ad hoc), traitement et centralisation des données reportées, production des reportings internes appropriés:
- Mise à jour, analyse et challenge des valorisations des actifs consolidés de Tikehau Capital, préparation des mémos et des notes de synthèse à destination de la Direction financière, de la Direction générale et des auditeurs, ces mémos contribuant à la production des Comptes sociaux (UK et FR Gaap) et des comptes consolidés IFRS de Tikehau Capital ;
- Communication et traduction des données de gestion en données comptables, à destination de la Comptabilité en interne et des Experts comptables externes (en France, aux UK, aux US, en Asie) le cas échéant ;
- Conduite du processus trimestriel de valorisation des actifs consolidés de Tikehau Capital vis-à-vis (i) des équipes d’investissement, (ii) des membres du Comité de valorisation et (iii) des Commissaires aux comptes
- Calcul, contrôle et reporting des indicateurs de performance des investissements du portefeuille de Tikehau Capital (TRI, prix de revient, multiples de sorties, P&L réalisé, valorisation des Carried interest, etc ) ;
- Actualisation, challenge et validation des données, enrichissement quotidien et développement de nous outils de gestion (Efront notamment) pour l’ensemble du portefeuille consolidé de Tikehau Capital

Within the Finance department and more particular within the Portfolio Management team, supervision of all Tikehau Capital investments held (i) directly or (ii) indirectly via its subsidiaries.
Under the management of a Portfolio Manager, you will monitor all assets invested by Tikehau Capital and its subsidiaries (approximately two hundred assets representing a global value over 2 billion euros). These investments are directly or indirectly held investments, co-investments, external funds investments, as well as investments in funds managed by Group Asset Managers with an international scope.
Your main tasks (the list below is not exhaustive) will be the following:
- Monitor investment and divestment process (KYC, subscription agreements, anti-money laundering, legal documentation, handovers, etc );
- Monitor listed or private assets invested by Tikehau Capital considered as not strategic and not followed by the Group’s investment team. Taking part in the preparation of funds flow (acquisition financing, capital calls, etc ) and monitoring of their good execution by the Treasury department;
- Collection of all investment documentation (handover, quarterly, half-year non-audited and annual audited reporting, valuations, ad hoc reportings, etc ), processing and centralising all reported data, production of any internal reporting needed;
- Update and analysis of Tikehau Capital consolidated assets valuations, participation in preparation of memos and summary reports for the management, auditors, etcThese reports are used to produce social accounts (UK and French Gaap) and consolidated accounts IFRS of Tikehau Capital;
