**But du rôle**:
Les espaces visiteurs du Campus Microsoft sont des espaces offrant un environnement de travail, des auditoriums, des salles de réunions permettant aux entreprises et aux partenaires de Microsoft d’organiser des séminaires, évènements et réunions de qualité
Au sein de ces espaces, le Microsoft Technologie Center est un espace d’innovation ou les commerciaux reçoivent les clients majeurs de Microsoft
**Principales missions**:
Le conseiller événementiel junior a en charge l’organisation d’événements en coordination avec le commercial Microsoft et le support de chefs de projets experimentés
Les compétences comportementales retenues pour le Conseiller Evénementiel junior sont : Sens relationnel, Rigueur, sens du détail, Organisation, Gestion des priorités et Curiosité
**Role et responsabilite**:
- **Analyse du besoin client**
- Comprend et s’adapte à la demande du client
- Collecter des infos qui permettent de qualifier le besoin du client cible pour préparer la session animée par les architectes IT qui font les visites du MTC
- Organiser l’agenda et coordonner avec un Chef de projet CWT la logistique
- **Conception de l’agenda et mise en place du projet**
- Finalisation de la collecte d’infos + contrôle de la bonne tenue de la visite des clients
- Accueil des partenaires du MTC au sein des espaces
- **Suivi du projet et relation clientèle**
- Assure le suivi du projet et la relation commerciale et de la qualité des données collectées
