Notre filiale s'appuie sur son expérience et son expertise en matière de conception, exploitation et maintenance des infrastructures nucléaires afin de répondre au plus près aux besoins de nos clients.

Nous les accompagnons sur l’ensemble du cycle de vie d’une installation nucléaire, du support à la construction et conception ou au licensing jusqu’au démantèlement, en passant par le support au parc en exploitation (modifications, augmentation de durée de vie, amélioration du niveau de søreté,...).

Bénéficiant de deux bureaux stratégiquement implantés à Aix-en-Provence et à Paris, nos collaborateurs se composent d’ingénieurs et de cadres de haut niveau.

**Description du poste**

Dans le cadre de votre mission, vous intervenez sur les activités de fabrication d’équipements et le suivi des documents associés, pour les principaux composants des centrales nucléaires au sein d’une organisation de Maitrise d’Ouvrage comprenant un nombre important d’acteurs et un mode de livraison de pièces types « Projet » (pièces uniques livrées dans un programme qualité, coøt, planning exigeant).

Vous êtes le garant des processus QA/QC appliqués par le fabricant d’équipement et de la qualité des livrables sur site et de l’envoi sur site d’équipements conformes aux exigences de qualité en vigueur dans l’industrie nucléaire.

Sous la responsabilité du Chef de Projet, vous intervenez de manière autonome en tant que Quality Manufacturing Engineer depuis l’agence, le site de nos clients, sur la fabrication d’équipements électromécaniques, mécano-soudés et des pièces chaudronnées.

Vos principales missions consisteront principalement à:

- Vérifier de manière continue et rapprochée que les process QA sont appliqués par le fabricant : mise en place du plan QA, rapports de tests, Inspection Test Plan, rapports de fin de fabrication, contrôles non-destructifs, dossiers de suivi
- Identifier les besoins en audit et appuyer leur mise en œuvre
- Accompagner le fabricant dans la compréhension de l’ensemble des requis de qualité
- Veiller à la bonne coordination de l’ensemble des acteurs impliqués dans la spécification, la vérification et l’implémentation de la qualité (concepteurs, fabricants, auditeurs, experts)
- Imposer les mesures rectificatives au fournisseur et s’assurer de leur mise en œuvre en fonction des requis
- Assurer la conformité des dossiers traçant les processus QA fournisseur
- Etablir le plan de surveillance du/des fournisseur(s) en cohérence avec les instructions de l’organisation client et les spécifications des équipementsFournir un Reporting régulier des activités

**Profil recherché**

Diplômé(e) d’une Ecole d’Ingénieur (Bac+5 min.), vous vous êtes spécialisé(e) en Qualité avec une orientation Project Delivery et approche/vision client de vos activités sur des projets de grandes envergures.

Vous avez une réelle sensibilité et compréhension en matière des processus et des documents usuels en QA/QC (Plan de qualité et de surveillance, plans et rapports de tests, rapports de fin de fabrication, contrôles non-destructifs, dossiers de suivi, etc.)

Vous avez une compréhension accrue des chaînes d’approvisionnement et de fabrication des projets industriels, idéalement dans le domaine nucléaire.

Vous avez évolué au sein d’un cadre de travail en mode projet vous permettant de vous insérer au sein d’un environnement complexe aux interfaces, intervenants et enjeux multiples.

Vous avez une bonne compréhension des enjeux et leviers liés au contrat entre fournisseurs et client.

Votre savoir-être, votre rigueur, votre pragmatisme et votre proactivité vous sont reconnus.

**Une bonne maîtrise de l'anglais est indispensable pour ce poste (niveau B2/C1 CECRL a mínima) **.**
