Air Liquide Ingénierie & Construction travaille activement à l'atteinte des objectifs environnementaux, sociétaux et de gouvernance (ESG) du Groupe. En s'appuyant sur son savoir-faire et ses solutions technologiques innovantes, Air Liquide Ingénierie & Construction accompagne ses clients dans la réduction de leurs émissions de carbone, les soutient dans leur transition énergétique et aide le Groupe et ses clients à jouer leur rôle dans la création d'une société bas carbone.
Le stage se déroulera à Charenton-le-Pont, au sein du service procédé, en étroite collaboration avec les équipes propositions.
Ce stage a pour objectif l’étude et l’amélioration des modèles de simulation dynamique d’une unité de “Carbon Capture” de grande taille. Les principales missions incluent:
- Définir et valider les modèles dynamiques d’une usine complète en interaction avec l’unité amont:
- en fonctionnement constant (stable opération avec fluctuations modérées des débits/composition),
- en changement de marche (ramping up, ramping down, step down),
- lors du démarrage de l’unité de captage CO2,
- et en mode dégradé (trip d’un compresseur).
- Proposer des améliorations du design et/ou du modèle.
- Établir des stratégies de contrôle optimisées.

**Profil et Compétences**
- Étudiant en 3ème année d’école d’ingénieur ou master, spécialité Génie des Procédés.
- Vous êtes organisé, très rigoureux, patient et autonome.
- Vous disposez d’un sens d’analyse et d’un sens physique pour la compréhension des phénomènes mis en jeu (compression, échange thermique, distillation, détente, flash..)..
- Des connaissances/expériences en simulation des procédés (Aspen HYSYS, Aspen Custom Modeler, Prosim) et programmation (Python) sont un plus.
