Ogury are currently hiring for a recent graduate to join the team in Paris on an initial 6-month paid placement.

You will join the Ad Operations team, which is responsible for delivering and optimising campaigns for world-renowned brands.

In this opportunity, you will be supporting the team through optimising mobile advertising campaigns. These would include different advertising formats, multiple KPIs, and multiple environments. Through collaboration with internal stakeholders, you will find new ways to optimise performance, margin and delivery.

The company is growing each year and this is a fast-paced environment. You will be expected to understand new products and quickly put into practice what you’ve learned. We are looking for a fast learner and a creative thinker, with the ability to initiate and manage their own projects with outstanding execution and problem-solving skills.

**What you will be doing**:

- Programming, monitoring and optimising mobile advertising campaigns in line with the brands requirements
- Analyse delivery metrics and make recommendation of optimisation
- Ensure accurate tracking by comparing internal stats and client reports
- Providing feedback on campaign performance and be proactive in your campaign optimisation
- Speaking with people within the UK, France and Germany.

**About you**:

- A recent graduate with strong sense of responsibility
- Excellent organizational and analytical skills, with a strong attention to detail
- Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Good start-up mentality - you are a quick and autonomous learner.
- Experience in digital advertising is preferable but not essential
- English and French proficiency
