**Description**

TRAINING
- Design and execute the new employee orientation training;
- Collect training needs
- Record the training activities; Monitor and control the training budget;
- Evaluate the training effectiveness and take improvement actions

HIRING
- Work with hiring managers to develop and execute recruiting plans. Including create or update job descriptions, screening the internal or external resumes, organize and participant into the interview; perform reference check, prepare and send out offers, etc.;
- Use different hiring channels and personnel marketing
- Coordinate and implement campus recruiting or partnership initiatives;
- Administrative duties regarding the hiring process

INTERNATIONAL MOBILITY
- International assignments
- Assure administrative coordination for all expats (social contributions, health insurance etc.)
- Participate in annual bonus and salary review process for Expats
- Contribute to develop the IM policy
- Contribute to outsourcing of expat management activities

HR & COMPLIANCE REPORTING
- Set up relevant process to comply with internal reporting requests
- Develop relevant HR data analytics that can be extracted from HRIS
- Support compliance activities

HRIS MANAGEMENT
- Guardian of local data quality & reliability
- Support Payroll interface incident Resolution
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of HR processes in the_HRIS through lessons learned
