**Continuous Improvement Apprentice
- Your future role?**

As a Continuous Improvement Apprentice in Avignon, with a minimum 1 year contract, you will help support and enhance our organization's ongoing efforts to improve processes, improve efficiency, and lead positive change. You will work with our operation team, gaining valuable hands-on experience in multiple improvement methodologies and contributing to the development and implementation of improvement projects across the organization. You will report to the Continuous Improvement Manager.

This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain practical experience in continuous improvement methodologies and contribute to real-world process optimization projects within a dynamic and creative organization. Join our team and help us shape a culture of continuous improvement

**You will**:

- **Problem-Solving** : Gather and organize data from different sources to assess process performance and identify improvement opportunities, utilizing problem-solving skills. Use statistical analysis and data visualization tools to present findings and recommendations.
- **Contribute to improvement projects**: Collaborate with the Continuous Improvement Manager to develop and implement improvement projects, including creating and updating standard operating procedures (SOPs). Help create project plans, monitor progress, and document outcomes. Participate in brainstorming sessions and provide creative ideas to solve operational challenges.
- **Support change management efforts**: Support change management projects related to process improvements. Help in creating communication materials, training materials, and presentations to help use new processes and procedures.
- **Promote a culture of continuous improvemen**t: Act as a catalyst for a culture of continuous improvement. Encourage and support employees in embracing change and looking for opportunities for improvement. Help organize workshops, training sessions, or events related to continuous improvement.
- **Report to the Continuous Improvement Manager**: Provide regular updates and progress reports to the Continuous Improvement Manager, highlighting main findings, improvement initiatives, and project status.

**Your profile includes**:

- ** Education**: Currently pursuing a bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field such as industrial engineering, operations management, or a related discipline. (Alternance entre 1 an et 3 ans)
- ** Language Skills**: Proficiency in both English and French languages.
- ** Strong communication skills**:Excellent written and verbal communication skills to effectively convey complex ideas and findings to both technical and non-technical stakeholders. Ability to prepare clear and concise reports and presentations.
- ** Collaborative mindset**: Demonstrated ability to work effectively in cross-functional teams and with stakeholders at various levels of the organization. Willingness to listen, learn, and contribute ideas in a team environment.
- ** Attention to detail**: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail to ensure accurate data collection, documentation, and project management.
- ** Enthusiasm for continuous improvement**: Passionate about driving change and making a positive impact through continuous improvement initiatives. Demonstrated curiosity and desire to learn and grow in the field of process optimization.
