**Job Description**:
**We are looking for a **Snow Designer W/M** to**:
- Elevate our snow sports apparel range catering for all aspects of snow sports
**You will work in close collaboration with our Leadership, R&D, Design, Brand, Global subsidiaries, Finance, Commercial** **teams.**
**You will report directly to the Apparel Innovation Lab Director.**
**Main Activities**:
- Includes researching fabric, colour, and design concepts.
- Attend selected trade shows for market research to gain thorough understanding of consumer/product requirements.
- Travel for consumer/product research as approved by Design Director.
- Proposes design ideas based on seasonal assignments with regard to fabrication, style definition, functional features, fit requirements and design details.
- Refine concepts as directed by the Design Director.
- Works within target prices as much as possible and coordinates efforts with Production/Sourcing to assure most effective results.
- Provide sketches and line art to communicate design concepts, including multiple views and detail sketches as necessary.
- Provide design/concept boards to communicate design and colour direction.
- Develop and lead the creative vision for a specified product category.

- _ Développer la gamme de vêtements de sport d’hiver en couvrant tous les aspects d’un point de vue technique et créatif._
**_ Vous travaillerez en étroite collaboration avec les équipes Equipe et Design couleurs, Managers création produit, R&D, Développement, matières, qualité produit._**

Activités principales :_**
- _ Recherche de tissus, de couleurs et de concepts de design._
- _ Assister à certains salons professionnels pour des études de marché afin d'acquérir une compréhension approfondie des exigences des consommateurs et des produits._
- _ Voyager pour effectuer des recherches sur les consommateurs/produits, avec l'approbation du directeur du design._
- _ Proposer des idées de design basées sur les affectations saisonnières en ce qui concerne la fabrication, la définition du style, les caractéristiques fonctionnelles, les exigences en matière d'ajustement et les détails du design._
- _ Affiner les concepts selon les directives du directeur du design._
