**Description de la mission**:
Au sein de l’équipe solutionning, vous travaillerez en binôme sur la construction et le développement d’une offre ServiceNow.

Cette offre se focalise uniquement sur les workflows métiers (Customer & Employee). Les workflows IT sont portés par une autre entité du groupe Capgemini.

En tant qu’architecte de la solution, vous serez l’expert(e) ServiceNow de la pratice.

Vos activités principales:

- Qualifier et analyser des opportunités au côté de nos équipes commerciales
- Assurer des rendez-vous clients de prospection, présentation de nos offres et savoir-faire, soutenances
- Orienter et concevoir une solution technique ServiceNow en accord avec les besoins fonctionnels des clients
- Organiser et piloter des avant ventes, que ce soit en réponse à des appels d’offres ou en deal shaping, en collaboration étroite avec nos équipes commerciales
- Être garant de la faisabilité de ce que l’on vend en terme d’engagement sur le delivery
- Gérer la transition réussie de l'opportunité vers l'équipe de delivery
- Contribuer à la construction de l’offre en développant/enrichissant des accélérateurs
- Participer à la montée en compétence de consultants sur ServiceNow
- Interagir avec l’ensemble de l’écosystème (éditeur, entités Capgemini, équipes commerciales)
- Maintenir une connaissance experte de la plateforme ServiceNow

**Profil**:
Diplômé(e) d’un BAC+5 en école de commerce ou d’ingénieurs:

- Vous avez une connaissance approfondie de la plateforme ServiceNow en terme d’architecture et d’implémentation technique
- Vous avez une expérience pratique dans la mise en œuvre de produits ServiceNow dans un ou plusieurs modules (ITSM, HR, CSM)
- Vous avez de l’expérience en modèles distribués, en agile et sur des engagements forfaitaires
- Vous êtes capable de définir une architecture et d’assurer le chiffrage de mise en place de la plateforme
- Vous savez piloter une équipe composée de profils variés (technique, métier, delivery, conseil, chiffrage, Run, offshore )
- Connaissances sur les technologies : IA, RPA, automatisation, chatbot ; ainsi que les technologies clés relatives aux solutions d’intégration ServiceNow : SSO, SAML, SSL, Web Services, LDAP, JDBC, ODBC, REST, SCP, FTPS.
- Anglais bon niveau
