**Missions**:

- [FR] _
- Data management:

- Participation à la création et à la mise à jour de reporting réguliers & occasionnels, y compris sur les sujets ESG,
- Participation aux projets data à l’échelle du groupe,
- Mise à jour & maintien des sources des données HC du groupe,
- Participation à l’optimisation des processus,
- Être le point de contact pour les différentes parties prenantes.
- Gestion de projet:

- Participation aux projets divers de l’équipe (entretiens annuels, organisation des évènements )
- [ENG] _- Data Management:

- Participating in regular and occasional reportings on team and company level, including on ESG-related topics,
- Participating in group-wide data-related projects,
- Updating and maintaining reporting boards,
- Participation in the optimisation of processes,
- Acting as a point of contact for regular interlocutors.
- Project Management:

- Participation in different team projects (annual performance reviews, events organisation )

- Diplômé (e) d’un master,
- Idéalement un premier stage effectué au sein d’un service Business Analytics ou Ressources Humaines,
- Bonnes capacités rédactionnelles,
- Excellentes capacités d’analyse et maîtrise du pack Office,
- Excellent relationnel,
- Organisation, adaptabilité & autonomie, Anglais courant ; Français B2 et une autre langue serait un avantage.

- Preparing a master’s degree,
- Ideally, a first completed internship in a Business Analytics or HR department,
- Good written skills,
- A knack for analytics and Office pack proficiency,
- Excellent interpersonal skills,
- Organised, adaptable and autonomous, You speak English fluently; B2 French and other languages are a plus.
