**POSTE**
Vous êtes Market Risk Business Analyst, passionné(e) par les problématiques métiers risque doublé d'une forte capacité à transcrire les solutions à l'ensemble des acteurs de la chaîne ? Au sein d'une grande banque d'investissement, vous intégrerez la Direction des Risques dans une équipe dédiée à la mesure du risque en termes de modélisation et de conception des outils.
**MISSIONS**
A ce poste, vous serez en interface avec des interlocuteurs variés (trading, équipes IT, quant, risk control) et serez amené(e) à:
- Mettre en place les évolutions stratégiques dans la modélisation des mesures de risque marché : Var, Stress Var, IRC, et stress test
- Comprendre et transcrire les déterminants du PnL et le bon calcul des sensibilités
- Apporter une expertise pour l'introduction de nouveaux axes de risque et la calibration de leurs chocs
- S'assurer de la bonne implémentation par les équipes IT des différentes évolutions méthodologiques dans les outils et systèmes
**PROFIL**
- Vous êtes diplômé(e) d'une grande Ecole de commerce, grande Ecole d'Ingénieurs ou avez une formation universitaire en finance d'un master en Finance
- Vous justifiez d'une première expérience opérationnelle de minimum 3 ans en Direction des Risques
- Maîtrise fonctionnelle des instruments de marché, connaissances quantitatives appréciées
- Vous possédez une connaissance approfondie des mathématiques appliquées à la finance
- Vous disposez de solides compétences en gestion de projet et méthodologies MOA (expressions de besoins, spécifications fonctionnelles, test, recette, conduite du changement)
- Vous maîtrisez l'anglais à l'écrit comme à l'oral Votre ouverture d'esprit, vos qualités d'analyse et de synthèse, votre aisance relationnelle et votre sens de l'initiative seront autant d'atouts pour contribuer à votre développement au sein de notre groupe
