Le **Sales Area Manager - Poids Lourds** a pour missions principales la réalisation de son budget (CA, Points, mix marques, volumes et clients, marge), l’amélioration de la productivité par vendeur et la bonne coordination de l’activité Poids Lourds sur sa région (France Sud).

**Missions permanentes**:
Le Sales Area Manager - Poids Lourds aura essentiellement pour mission de:
**1) Encadrer et animer l’Equipe Régionale Poids Lourds**
- Définir les priorités et l’organisation du travail des RS PL placés sous sa responsabilité.
- Assurer une coordination très forte avec les autres équipes Bridgestone et du groupe Bridgestone (FST/Ayme) sur la région pour assurer l’échange d’informations, et l’organisation la plus efficace pour le groupe
- Encadrer, motiver et contrôler son équipe commerciale.
- Assister son équipe commerciale dans les cas complexes et dans les tournées accompagnées.
- Evaluer la performance des membres de son équipe commerciale en s’appuyant sur un support d’évaluation annuel et formuler à sa hiérarchie des propositions d’évolution (poste, rémunération, responsabilités, stages de formation, etc.).
- S’assurer d’un feedback régulier à ses équipes et aux équipes support
- S’assurer de la bonne performance de chaque membre de son équipe de ventes, notamment dans la prospection utilisateurs.
- Développer le capital humain de son équipe.
- Participer au repositionnement et/ou au recrutement des nouveaux membres de son équipe et veiller à leur bonne intégration au sein de la région.

**2) Appliquer la politique commerciale dans sa région**
- Veiller à ce que le budget des ventes de son équipe soit atteint et dépassé: par catégorie de produit, par catégorie de client, par mois/an, en terme de volumes, de marge
- Définir les plans d’actions commerciaux, la gestion et l’animation des réseaux et des transporteurs pour sa région en collaboration avec les services du siège.
- S’assurer d’une communication continue avec les ateliers Bandag concernant les produits, les prix, les audits, etcFaire appel aux autres ressources du groupe le cas échéant (Ingénieur technique Bandag, spécialiste rechapage p.e)
- Veiller au respect des procédures et des conditions de vente.
- Coordonner l’ensemble de l’activité Produits Poids Lourds sur sa région (ventes remplacement, activité rechapage)
- Assurer une parfaite collaboration et coordination avec l’équipe Fleetcare activité flottes directes.
- Définir, suivre et développer le chiffre d’affaires des clients et des prospects à fort potentiel désignés en accord avec sa hiérarchie.
- Aider au règlement des litiges et à la réduction des comptes à recevoir en s’appuyant sur les états fournis par les Services Financiers et en s’assurant de leur traitement par son équipe commerciale.

**3) Analyser le marché et assurer le suivi de la concurrence**
- Suivre la solvabilité des clients dont il a la charge.
- Présenter au Responsable BU Commercial national, les réalisations de son équipe en liaison avec l’évolution du marché.
- Adresser au Responsable BU Commercial national ses rapports d’activité mensuels.

**Votre profil**
- Femme/ Homme de terrain, ayant l’expérience des négociations à haut niveau.
- Expérience B2B et B2C
- Excellent(e) animateur(-rice) doté(e) d’un vrai sens de l’écoute.
- Sensibilité marketing et goût pour les produits techniques développés.
- Qualités de gestionnaire reconnues.
- Maîtrise de la micro-informatique.
