Want to join a fast-moving company, work among convivial teams and support key RGM initiatives (Pricing, Promotional Efficiency, Trade Terms and Mix Management) of our group? We are looking for a Revenue Growth Global Expert You will be based at The Island, our office in central Paris.

This is a 7-month fixed-term contract (CDD) starting from September with a possibility to turn it into a permanent contract (CDI).

You will

Act as a key resource to the Global Revenue Team ultimately contributing to the long-term development of value growth.

Liaise regularly with the Market Companies and Brand Companies to support the full range of key activities across Pernod Ricard.

Your key missions

RGM project management
- Lead project management, roadmap and trainings of Cube Pricing Tracking tool, foster adoption and usage across the organization
- Lead RADAR project management (price and customer trade terms analysis tool) and future evolutions in relation with the roadmap

Revenue Growth KPIs monitoring
- Support regular review (quarterly) with Top Markets to measure progress.

RGM Training
- Help deliver both online and presential iGrow RGM Trainings across the organization (Facilitating, deploying and supporting).
- Train the trainers: coach local RGMs to become IGrow RGM champions

RGM community animation (Market Companies, Brand Companies)
- Animate the global RGM community quarterly call to foster collaboration among members
- Identify, optimize, disseminate Best Practices across the RGM community
- Coaching of an Apprentice, to support RGM deliverables.

If you recognize yourself in the description below, don’t wait to apply
- You have a Master's degree in Strategic or Finance with commercial acumen and understanding of marketing and commercial needs
- You have minimum 2 years of experience working in a strategic / financial / RGM role (preferably in the wine & spirits industry or other FMCG companies)
- You are used to working in cross-functional teams
- You’re fluent in English, another language would be a strong advantage
- You have excellent interpersonal and communication skills, you’re capable of working on global coordination and collaboration with high adaptability to various cultures and ways of working
