**Senior Contract Administrator**

As part of a team dedicated to the management of commercial contracts for the EMEA region, you will support the regional sales and legal teams in the preparation, negotiation and finalization of a large volume of contracts to ensure the company's objectives.

**Main duties and responsibilities**:

- Examine and resolve questions relating to current or existing contracts (scope of the agreement, general terms and conditions, etc.).
- Process, review, create, modify, negotiate and administer various contractual documents including equipment sales, professional services, software licenses and maintenance agreements under the supervision of the EMEA legal team.
- Interpret legal requirements and obligations, and risk exposure.
- Identify and report non-standard terms and business issues to internal experts.
- Provide analysis and recommendations to sales teams on contract terms and resolve contractual issues.
- Compare our customers' terms when responding to calls for tender, in particular with our subcontractors' terms.
- Review, manage and assign tender requests.
- Management of confidentiality agreements with standard or non-standard terms to be negotiated with the other Party
- Participate in the creation and improvement of contract document templates, as well as in the improvement and optimization of contract management processes.

**Preferred experience**:

- Bachelor's/Master's degree in law. University degree in economics or business school also accepted.
- Minimum of 3 years' professional experience in a similar position in an international environment involving the complete management of commercial contracts (creation, modification, negotiation, finalization and conflict resolution)
- Advanced knowledge of business and contract law as it applies to the sale of products, services and software.

**Preferred skills**:

- Excellent command of Microsoft Office tools.
- Excellent oral and written communication skills (excellent spelling) in French and English.
- Mastery of a contrathèque, Salesforce and SharePoint.
- Organizational skills, rigor, ability to work in a multicultural and constantly changing environment, sense of service and confidentiality, responsiveness, adaptability, team spirit.
- One or more additional languages are appreciated: German, Italian, Portuguese.
