Hobson prior are seeking for a Senior Project Manager Manufacturing to join a brilliant pharmaceutical organisation on a permanent basis. Our client is focused on improving the lives of those who suffer from food allergies and any other immunological illnesses.

Please note that to be considered for this role you must have the right to work in this location.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- For this role, you will guide manufacturing process transfers, specifically for source material and drug substance stages.
- Responsible for testing and examining the production procedure to guarantee high quality is upheld through clinical and production of commercial batches.
- Arrange and drive cross-functional projects such a governance, planning, etc.
- You will promote company culture, assuring uniform high quality and regulatory compliance in area of responsibility.
- Partake in the elaboration of the project plans as well as in project meetings.
- Any other assigned duties.

**Requirements**:

- At least 5 years of experience in similar functions such as drug substance process transfers or scale-up within a pharmaceutical setting.
- Educated to an advanced degree level in a scientific field, such as bioprocess or (bio-) chemical engineering.
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical process development implementation to therapeutic proteins.
- Familiarity with project management and CDMOs management.
- Expertise on pharmaceutical, quality, and regulatory guidelines, such as ICH, cGMP, etc.
- Capable of writing and evaluating study protocols/reports, as well as quality and regulatory papers.
